We are able to provide next-working-day (Saturday-Thursday) deliveries to most UAE locations* provided all the items on your order are in stock at the time and we receive you order successfully before 12pm.
Please keep in mind that we do not partially split orders unless you request us to (additional terms and delivery costs may apply)
Other Express delivery service is available at the checkout stage. Exceptions may apply for extremely large items which we cannot deliver with our normal couriers.
*Some areas, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. (except the Isle of Wight) are classed as "remote areas" by our couriers which means delivery normally takes 1-2 days to arrive with you after dispatch.
Bank Holiday Delivery
We're unable to offer normal next-working-day delivery on Bank Holidays, as many of our suppliers and couriers operate a reduced service. In summary:
- Bank Holiday Mondays - if you've ordered on the Saturday or Sunday prior and selected next-day delivery, your order won't be delivered on the Monday - you can expect it to arrive on Tuesday.
- Bank Holiday Fridays - if you've ordered on the Thursday prior, your order won't be delivered on Friday - you can expect your order to arrive on or after Saturday or Sunday.
