Some large and heavy items such as pianos, drum kits, PA equipment, and amps require specialist delivery. We take into consideration multiple factors including the quality of the packaging to utilize the most suitable courier service which may delay the dispatch date. This is simply to prevent any possible transit damage and to ensure the item arrives safely.
Local Piano Delivery and Assembly
If you need an extra hand, We provide our own Musicmajlis assembly service. Our professionals will carefully follow the instructions and will make sure that all the safety aspects of the building process are rigorously respected. When finish, we take all the packaging with us and we make sure that everything is recycled properly.
The Assembly charges are Dhs 200 (for Dubai/ Sharjah only).
The Assembly charges are Dhs 1,000 (for Abu Dubai/ Al Ain only).
The Assembly charges are Dhs 500 (for Fujairah/ Rak / Ajman / UAQ only).
Standard Piano Delivery
Our couriers will only provide a delivery service and will not assemble the piano. The couriers will only use one delivery driver who may require some assistance upon delivery and is only required to deliver the goods to the entrance of the property. With this is in mind, please consider the following factors:
- Organizing assistance if situated above ground floor level in order to get the package inside your property. (We are able to provide boxed dimensions if you have access to a lift).
- If you have mobility restrictions that prevent you from assisting the delivery driver.
- If there are any obstructions leading towards the property which may inhibit courier access.
The couriers will provide an all-day delivery service, meaning they are unable to provide a delivery time slot and do not contact you prior to delivery. We recommend you contact us if you require any assistance.
Other delivery services may be available depending on your location and piano model.
In-Store Collection
We recommend contacting us prior to visiting the store if you wish to collect a large item so we can confirm the stock availability. Please note that the majority of the stock is held at our warehouse but can be transferred within 72h. We can also provide box dimensions to ensure that the goods will fit sufficiently in your vehicle upon collection.
