If you have not received your tracking by the end of the same business day (or the next day if your order has been placed after our 12 pm dispatch cut-off), there could be a few reasons for this:

- Standard Delivery · Once ordered, your order will be delivered in 3-5 working days* · You'll receive an email when it's been despatched 

- It could have ended up in your junk/spam email folder. Please check there first!

- The order was received after our daily dispatch cut-off time. Please note that orders can take several minutes to generate.

- An item on the order is out of stock. (Click here for more information)

- One of the items could be on display (please check your emails for a notification from our team). 

- There is a problem with a stock item on the order (you will be notified if this is the case).

- There is a problem with the payment (please check your pending bank transactions if you can).

If you believe your order has not encountered any of these issues and you still have not received your tracking link, please CONTACT US for assistance.

 

Please bear in mind that not all couriers we use are able to provide you with a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can find more information as to what services our couriers provide here.
